1. Agreement By downloading, installing, or using the PurrSleep Android application ("App"), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or this site. 2. What PurrSleep is PurrSleep provides relaxation and sleep sound features, including cat purr audio, optional vibration patterns, ambient sounds, timers, and related personalization tools. PurrSleep is a lifestyle / wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App except as allowed by applicable law. 4. Accounts An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13 years old). 5. User content If you upload custom audio or photos (for example custom purrs or silhouette images), you confirm you have the rights to use that content. Processing for these features happens on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your uploads. 6. Donations Optional donations via Revolut are voluntary and processed by Revolut under their terms. They are not purchases of digital goods through Google Play unless we later introduce Play Billing and update these Terms. 7. Availability We aim for a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and we may update or discontinue parts of the App or website. 8. Disclaimer THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF PURR SOUNDS OR VIBRATION WILL IMPROVE SLEEP OR HEALTH OUTCOMES. 9. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURRSLEEP AND ITS DEVELOPER ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE. 10. Third-party services The App may rely on third-party services such as Google Firebase Authentication, Google ML Kit, Google Play, and Revolut. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. 11. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
